Terms of engagement

These terms govern the use of this website and the commissioned work of Kernelstreamhub Analytics (“we”, “us”) from the office at Level 8, 24 Rustaveli Street, Batumi 6010. By sending a brief, paying a retainer, or using the site, you accept them. If you do not, do not commission work and do not use the site to send records.

The work

We reconstruct and draw infrastructure events, produce visualization plates, and read quarterly event folders as described on the analyses and rates pages. We do not provide live dispatch, legal representation, or software licences. A written quote and your acceptance (including payment of any stated retainer) form the contract for a named piece of work.

Your records

You warrant that you are entitled to send us the files you send. You must not use the contact form to transmit secret or classified material. We will tell you how to send a packet once a brief is accepted.

Intellectual property

You keep ownership of the source records you supply. We keep ownership of our methods, blank plate styles, and unused sketches. On full payment you receive a licence to use the issued briefing and plates inside your organisation, including photocopying for regulators and neighbouring operators named in the file. You may not resell the pages or present them as another author’s work. We may keep an internal file copy as described in the privacy notice, unless you instruct destruction after issue.

Liability

Briefings state what the records support and what they cannot prove. They are not a guarantee of future plant behaviour and not a substitute for your own protection engineers. Our liability for a commission is limited to the fee paid for that commission, except where Georgian law does not allow a limitation (including death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). We are not liable for loss of profit, delay of a ministry decision, or the commercial cost of an outage that already occurred.

Website

Pages are provided so you can judge whether to commission work. We try to keep them accurate; they are not part of any contract until a quote is accepted. We may change the public pages without notice. Unavailability of the site does not cancel an existing commission.

Governing law

These terms and any dispute arising from the site or from a commission are governed by the law of Georgia. Courts of Georgia, including those with jurisdiction in Batumi, have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer venue that Georgian law may grant.
