Seasonal retainer
Operational review
Once a quarter we read the events you accumulated, mark the repeat trips and the silent hours, and return a short note before the next season of load or rain.
An operational review is for the year that did not contain one famous night, yet still filled a folder. Repeat feeder trips after rain. Pump starts that cluster on Fridays. Possession overruns that nobody wrote up because the train still ran. We read that folder at the end of the quarter and send a short note: what repeated, what went quiet, which records are thinning.
Included
Reading of the quarter’s event list and a sample of the underlying logs; a half-day visit or call with the shift leads; a note of eight to twelve pages; one follow-up hour after you have marked the margins.
Not included
A full reconstruction of any single incident. If a night in the quarter deserves that treatment, it is quoted as a separate event analysis.
Cadence
Reviews are taken on a four-quarter understanding, billed quarterly. You may stop after any quarter with thirty days’ written notice; work already read in that quarter is charged.
