How we hold your records

This notice describes how Kernelstreamhub Analytics (“we”) handles personal data when you use https://kernelstreamhub.digital or commission work. The data controller is Kernelstreamhub Analytics, Level 8, 24 Rustaveli Street, Batumi 6010, Georgia. Email: info@kernelstreamhub.digital. Telephone: +995 422 555 214.

What we collect

From the contact form: name, email, the kind of work you select, an optional event date, and the message you write. From email and telephone: whatever you choose to send, including names of shift staff if you include them. From the browser: the cookie preference described on the cookies page, and ordinary server logs (IP address, time, requested page) kept by the host for security of the site.

We do not ask for identity-card numbers, health data, or payment-card numbers through this site. There is no checkout.

Why we use it

We reply to briefs, prepare quotes, perform commissioned analysis, invoice, and keep a file copy of issued work. Legal bases we rely on in Georgian practice include steps toward a contract, performance of a contract, legitimate interests in running a small professional desk and securing the site, and consent where you accept analytics cookies.

Event files often contain names of operators. Treat those names as necessary to the reconstruction you asked for. Tell named people that their account may appear in a briefing circulated inside your organisation.

Retention

Intake messages that do not become a commission are kept for twelve months, then deleted. Commission files, including issued briefings, are kept for seven years after issue unless you instruct destruction in writing after final payment. Server logs follow the host’s ordinary rotation, typically under ninety days. Cookie preferences live in your browser until you clear storage.

Who sees it

Nino Kapanadze, Giorgi Tskitishvili, Tamar Beridze, and any bookkeeper we appoint. The website host processes technical logs. We do not sell lists. We may disclose records if Georgian law requires it.

International transfers

The office is in Georgia. Email and hosting may store copies on servers in other countries. Where we use such processors we expect contractual clauses that keep the records to the purpose of mail and hosting. Event packets should be sent by the method we specify after intake, not as unprotected attachments on first contact if they contain sensitive plant detail.

Your rights

Subject to Georgian law you may ask to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold, or to restrict or object to certain uses. You may withdraw cookie consent by using the banner choice again after clearing the stored preference, or by writing to us. To exercise rights, email info@kernelstreamhub.digital. You may also complain to the personal-data protection authority competent in Georgia.

Children

The site is aimed at professional operators and is not intended for children.

Changes

We will date revisions on this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you have seen the new notice.
