How an engagement is priced
Fees follow the size of the night, the number of clocks, and whether we must travel. Nothing here is a subscription. Figures are in Georgian lari, exclusive of VAT where VAT applies.
A quote is always written after we have seen a first packet or a clear description of the plates you need. The numbers below are starting points so you can judge whether the desk is the right size of expense.

What we need in order to quote
Name the asset. Name the night or the quarter. Say who else already wrote about it. Attach whatever you can: even a photograph of a logbook page is better than a summary. If the packet is thin we will still quote, but the fee will assume more interviews and more caution in the chronology.
Retainers and issue
Event analysis and visualization require a 30 percent retainer when we accept the work. The balance is due on issue of the final pages. Quarterly reviews are billed at the start of the reading window.
What is never in a fee
We do not charge for the first two working days of intake correspondence. We do not add rush multipliers for events still on fire; we simply decline those briefs until restoration has a pause. Legal appearance, expert-witness hours, and redesign of protection settings are outside the ledger and would be a different engagement if we ever took them — at present we do not.
Deposits and unused work
If you cancel after the retainer and before the site visit, unused time is handled as described on the fees and unused work page. Drawings already started are charged by the plate.
